I/We certify that the information provided in the application is true and correct, and I/we authorize the company to make or have any credit, employment or investigative inquiries it deems necessary for the extension of credit and the collection of any amount owing. The company is also authorized to furnish information about my/our account to consumer reporting agencies and other agencies who may properly receive that information. If the company has to refer the account for collection to an attorney, I/we will pay to the extent permitted by law with or without suit and upon appeal, all reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred by Walla Walla Farmers Co-op, Inc. in the collection of my/our account.

By my/our signature (s), I/we acknowledge that this Agreement is the full agreement between myself/ourselves and the Co-op; the agreement is fully integrated. The terms are severable such that the invalidity of any one term does not affect the remaining terms of the agreement. Any disputes arising under the company's credit policies or extension of credit are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts for the State of Washington; venue will be proper in Walla Walla County, Washington. Washington law applies to the interpretation of this contract.
